If you plan to come to the awards ceremony and winners concert, you will receive the certificate and medal in person in the ceremony. 如果您打算来参加线下的颁奖仪式和获奖音乐会，您将会现场领取奖状和奖牌。

After we receive your payment, we will mail the package out. It will take us time to prepare medal and certificate for you, and international shipping sometimes takes longer time, so please be patient. 在收到您的付款后，我们会寄出包裹。由于我们要花时间准备您的奖牌和奖状，以及国际运输有时会花更多时间，因此请耐心等待。

Attending Concert 参演音乐会

Grand Prize and First Prize Winners:
You are invited to perform in the winners concert at Carnegie Hall on March 31th 2025 at 7pm. The dress rehearsal will be in the afternoon on the SAME DAY. The total winners concert and photo fees are $450/performer.
*The fees include two tickets (one for the winner), a winner’s certificate, a teacher’s certificate, a trophy, and a set of digital photos taken by a professional photographer. Travel and living expenses will not be covered.
The fees are not refundable.
您会来参加2025年3月31日晚7点在纽约卡内基音乐厅举办的颁奖仪式和获奖音乐会吗？音乐会彩排时间为同一天下午。音乐会费用为每位演奏者$450。
此费用包括两张门票（一张属于获奖者）、获奖者大赛奖状及其指导教师奖状、大赛奖杯、以及一组由专业摄影师拍摄的音乐会演奏照片。交通和住宿费自行承担。
音乐会费用一旦提交，将不退还。

Please submit the payment to confirm your participation for the concert by November 15th, 2024. If the fees are not paid by this deadline, you will be excluded from the concert participants list, and your spot will be given to the next winner in waiting list.
请于2024年11月15日确定您是否会参与我们的卡内基获奖音乐会以及提交音乐会费用。如果您没有在此日期前提交费用，您参与卡内基音乐会的资格将被取消，您的参与名额将会自动移交给在等候者名单上的下一个获奖者。

If you can’t attend the concert due to the visa, the concert and photo fee ($450) are not refundable. Please make decision carefully.

Submit Concert Repertoire 提交获奖音乐会曲目

After you confirm your participation for the winners recital at Carnegie Hall on March 31st, 2025, please submit your repertoire by February 1st, 2025. No repertoire change is allowed after February 1st.

The repertoire requirements for the winners concert at Carnegie Hall:

Winners’ choice of repertoire with limit of 3 min for Category A and Category B (for all instruments).

Winners’ choice of repertoire with limit of 4 min for Category C, D, E, and F (for all instruments).

If your performance exceeds the time limit, your prize will result in disqualification.
